Lighting design for “I’m a comedy maniac”

The TV show format “I’m a Comedy Maniac,” developed locally in China by Hualu Baina for Zhejiang Television, went into production for its second season in November 2014 for the 2015 broadcast year. The goal for the second season was to significantly enhance the visual presentation compared to previous seasons. In addition to a new set design by Wieder Design, COLD created a matching lighting concept. COLD also oversaw the initial setup of the lighting design at Studio 1919 on-site in Beijing, including the first two episodes of the new season. Subsequently, the project was handed over to the local crew for the continued production of the second season.
