Lighting and Content Design for Art on Ice 2009

For Art on Ice 2009, I was responsible for both the Lighting Design and the Media and Content Design. The visual content was displayed across three individually movable LED walls and the surrounding LED ribbon inside the Hallenstadion.

The content was created for the maximum pixel resolution of the complete area that could theoretically be covered by the three LED walls. Depending on its current position, each wall received the corresponding section of this shared visual canvas in real time. This kept the composition spatially consistent as the LED walls moved.

In addition to the design, I was also responsible for the production of the content. Together with my team, I managed the Video Operating and Lighting Operating during the show. For the television recording, I worked as DoP.
