Associate Lighting Design for the Thessaloniki Song Contest
The Thessaloniki Song Contest was an annual competition for young pop and rock musicians. During a live television show lasting several hours at the PAOK Arena, 24 artists competed with their songs. The broadcast also included a concert by established Greek artists. Viewers selected the winner through a telephone vote.
The complete technical infrastructure was supplied by local Greek companies. Commissioned by mo2 design, I worked as Associate Lighting Designer under the name and overall design direction of Ollie Olma.
I developed the actual show lighting design myself. On site, I programmed and operated the show and effects lighting. The key lighting was not part of my responsibility.
